Baily Winery Temecula

With a strong interest in food and wine, discerning palates, and a desire to work together, Carol and Phil Baily founded Baily Vineyard & Winery in 1986. Baily Winery is a family owned estate winery their grapes come from 32 acres of grapes in four different locations in the Temecula Valley. Baily's Winery offers 13 different wines specializing in in Bordeaux grape varitals. Located off of Rancho California Road in Temecula Valley. Bailys winery . In 2001, they completed construction on a new state-of-the-art production facility. The goal is to control all aspects of winemaking from grape growing to bottling, ensuring consistency and highest quality.

 

Wine Tastings at Baily

Baily offers several wine tasting to choose from for $5 taste 5 different wines, except Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Meritage, and Port and keep 12 oz logo tasting glass. For a high end wine tasting at Baily's Winery try a premium tasting. For $10.00, taste any 5 different wines, (no restrictions) and keep 19 oz logo tasting glass. Baily offers charming Gift Shop with a magnificent selection of elegant merchandise, such as iron wine racks, unique tapestries, select glassware and logo wear, wine themed jewelry, ceramic platters and bowls, tapestries and gourmet food items. Also available are an assortment of custom labeled wine bottles.

Baily Restaurant & Fine Dining

Baily's operarates three restaurants, the first is Baily's Fine Dining, located in historic Old Town Temecula, just minutes from the Baily Tasting Room. Open for dinner seven nights a week and lunch on Fridays, the restaurant serves California and Continental cuisine. The second is Front Street Bar & Grill - located on the first floor of Baily's in Old Town Temecula, it features American regional cuisine. The Front Street Bar & Grill is a great place to unwind after a hectic day of wine tasting. The last restaurant is located at Baily's called Carol's Restaurant - the restaurant seems to be of another, perhaps medieval, time complete with enourmous fireplace. A Patio covered by a pergola and nestled between the restaurant and the Cabernet vines provides a great place for al fresco dining when weather permits, which is most of the time. Open for lunch Wednesday through Sunday, 11:30 to 2:30 (11:30 to 3:00 Saturday and Sunday), Carol’s has a selection of luncheon salads, sandwiches, grilled fish and steak, and pasta dishes. The wine list features Baily and other Temecula Valley wines, as well as a handful from outside the Valley.
